  • Responsible for a base of customers, retaining their business and improving customer loyalty by understanding their needs
  • Responsible for fault diagnosis, follow up and resolution
  • Use company reporting mechanisms to highlight and identify potential customer issues
  • Serve as a key ambassador and spokesperson for Your Business Listing in building the brand
  • Become a product expert to understand and advise best solutions for customers
  • Handling incoming customer queries and keeping your customer base updated in a timely fashion

Base Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
